- Enter the Product or Item name on the Search field
- Click the Search button
- Select your product from the list

Note: This calculates postage cost for items that are large and mailed with Australia Post.
Add Products
- Enter the product name and fill out all the fields given (details below)
- Click 'Add New Product' to add the product
The Height, Width, Length constraits are for bulky items and affect the Australia post calculator, this with determine the cost using the parcel size calculator.
It is also important that the Weight be correct in order to get the correct rate for bulky items.
Fill out the information in the boxes, 'Product Code', 'Name', and only if applicable 'Unit', 'Colour'
Add some product description (About the product, dimensions and warranty information)
Now you have to work out the price, we have Retail, Trade and Wholesale. Base price is 100% Retail price. Wholesale and Trade Price are at your given level of discount.
Note: Your shopping cart may not have Wholesale and Trade Price enabled so you don't have to worry about these two.
Size is not too important, only if you feel it is necessary or when the goods need more than one person to carry.
Weight is in SI units (kgs, so 500gs = 0.5kgs) this is important when using 'Australia Post Calculator'
You will notice that there is three tick boxes, these are straight forward and you will most likely be ticking 'New Product' or 'Add to special' at this stage.
Once completed, click 'Add New Product'. Now the product is added to you shopping cart Portfolio.
