Product orders

Step 1 Whilst logged into the CMS you will have a [ Product Orders] link click this two view your order

Step 2 Once in the window you have some options, Delivered, In Process and Cancelled. Any products that you have In Process will automatically be display, to change details about a order click the 'OrderID'

Step 3 At the bottom of the page is the order description, this has a 'Change Status' drop down box. Once you have processed the payment and posted/delivered the products you can change this status to 'Delivered', don't forget to click save at the bottom of the page
