Shown to the left is the ContACT Bulk mail CMS service, the feature will be different depending on your business and client mail lists.

3. 3. Choose a time the email is to be sent out, sometimes it can be beneficial to research a better time to send, to get the maximum return for your business type.
4. 4. Batch sizing can benefit your business if the bulk mail sent out requires customers/clients to call back to book/purchase, limiting the number per hour or few hours can ease the workload on staff
5. 5. If intervals benefit your business or the mail list is check their emails at a give time choose an appropriate time in advance
6. 6. PDF flyers can be added to the bulk mail, it is best to kepp these flyers below 1mb in size, some mail clients 'Junk Emails' that are heavy with PDF attachments
